Zucchini Bread

Zucchini Bread

2 cups Sugar
3 cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Nuts -- chopped
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
3 Lg Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Oil
3 cups Zucchini -- raw, shredded

Directions: Mix dry ingredients really well. And then add the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees fro 1 hour.
Option: May use 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup apple sauce instead of the 1 cup of oil.
