Brown Sugar Pudding

Brown Sugar Pudding

Boil & Simmer (while mixing cake)
2 cups water
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
Pinch of salt

Mix:
1 cup flour
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon butter
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup raisins
½ cup nuts, chopped
½ cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients into a thick batter, spread into 9 X 13 cake pan. Pour Brown Sugar water all over the top (this looks like a lot of liquid, but be sure to use it all). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
