Spinach Salad

Salad
2 pkg Spinach to 1 head of Lettuce
3/4 cup Swiss Cheese (grated)
1 med Purple Onion (chop and put in dressing overnight)
3/4 lb Fresh Mushrooms (sliced)
1 lb Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
Dressing
3/4 cup Sugar
1 T dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
1 T onion juice (you can fin it in the spices section)
1 1/2 T Poppy Seeds
Directions: Whisk oil to other dressing ingredients. Pour over salad. Serve immediately.
