Spinach Salad

Spinach Salad

2 bunches red leaf lettuce
1 bunch spinach
1 red onion sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 lb cooked, crumbled bacon
Stick pretzels broken in half and served on the side.

Dressing:
2/3 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp poppy seeds
2 tsp salt
1 cup olive oil
2 tsp mustard
1 1/4 cup sugar
the white of one green onion
Blend well. Pour over salad just before serving.
