Toffee Popcorn

Toffee Popcorn

1 lb Butter
2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Light Karo Syrup
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions: Melt butter, add all ingredients. Stir most of the time. Cook until a golden brown color. Pour over 2 batches of air popped popcorn.
