Carol's Punch (Slush)

Carol's Punch (Slush)

1 package Black Cherry Koolaide -- mixed as directed
1 46 oz. can Pineapple Juice
2 liters 7-Up or Sprite

Directions: Mix Black Cherry Koolaide and Pineapple Juice together --- Freeze.Thaw 1 hour before serving. Pour 7-Up over slush.

Wife In The Kitchen

It seems that she is always there,
With busy hands and eyes,
To please the people of the house,
With chicken, cakes and pies.
She has the knack of knowing when,
The water boils too much,
And when the peas and carrots have,
That soft, inviting touch.
She boils the eggs for breakfast and
She fries the meat at night
For lunch she makes the sandwiches
Yummy soft and a tasty delight.
And in between she's occupied,
With cookies and the like,
So no one in the family,
May start a hunger strike.
And no would dare disturb her work,
Or try to change her ways
For in the kitchen she is Lord,
Of all that she surveys.
