Black Beans

1 - 16 oz cans Black Beans, drained
1/2 - 1 small Onion, chopped
2 Cloves Garlic
2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Cilantro, chopped
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Juice of 1/2 Lime, optional
Directions: Bring beans and 1 cup water , onion, garlic to boil. Reduce heat to medium low heat and add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
