Fresh Apple Cake

Fresh Apple Cake

2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 cup Oil
2 cups Sugar
2 eggs

Cream together, then add:

3 cups peeled, sliced apples

Combine gently, and add to apple mixture:

3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

Bake at 350 in 9X13 pan for about 1 hour or until done. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
