CHICKEN SALAD TACOS

1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. dairy sour cream or plain yogurt
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. snipped cilantro or parsley
1 tbsp. lime juice2 tsp. taco seasoning mix
2 1/2 c. cooked chopped chicken or turkey
2 med. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives1
1/2 c. finely shredded iceberg lettuce
10 taco shells
1 avocado, seed, peeled and sliced lengthwise
Directions:
In a medium mixing bowl combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, or yogurt, onion, cilantro or parsley, lime juice and taco seasoning. Stir in chicken or turkey, tomatoes, and olives. If desired, cover and chill for up to 4 hours.To serve, place some lettuce in each taco shell. Spoon chicken mixture on top of lettuce in the shells. Garnish with avocado slices.Makes 5 servings.
